Equipment Installation
We only install equipment purchased directly from Beacon Marine Electronics.

We are unable to install customer-supplied equipment or products purchased from other retailers

(due to liability and warranty considerations.)

Estimates & Assessments
We do not offer free estimates. General assessments and product recommendations require an in-person evaluation of the vessel.

Our standard hourly rates apply to evaluation time, along with applicable trip charges when travel is required.

Scheduling & Service Availability
Service work is completed in the order it is received, and we do not schedule jobs by calendar date.

Depending on the season and our current workload, it may take several weeks before we are able to begin work.

We typically contact customers the day before or the morning that a technician becomes available.

If urgent service is required, overtime rates may be available at additional cost.
